Returns & Exchanges Policy – Tagore by Nandini

As per our policy, we do not offer returns on products purchased through our website. All sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances, if there is a manufacturing defect, a wrong item is shipped, or the product has a genuine quality fault, we are open to offering a full refund or providing the opportunity to remake the piece for you. This is at the discretion of the Tagore by Nandini customer service team. Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the shipment to discuss any issues.

Exchanges:

One-of-a-kind items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

To exchange any collection item, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact and the printed receipt. International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, as well as for shipping the exchanged item to their desired address.

Refunds:

All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or in the form of store credits. The validity of these store credit points is two years from the date of your original order.
